Welcome to ChicShopsCONNECT. The following policies govern our web site and our business; please read them carefully:

ChicShopsCONNECT (“CONNECT”) provides online wholesale shopping services to our retail users (“you”) via our web site www.chicshopsconnect.com. Whether you register with CONNECT as a "Buyer" or just peruse the Site as a non-registered user, who just likes to browse, these policies apply to you. By using the site or services you are agreeing to these policies.

1. Modification of the Site or Terms of Service. CONNECT reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate the Site and Services, or modify these Policies at any time without notice. All modified terms and conditions will be effective after they are initially posted on the Site. By continuing to access or use the Site and Services after CONNECT makes any such revision, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.

2. Security. CONNECT is committed to keeping your personal and confidential information private and secure. We do not sell, share, trade or otherwise give out your personal information or our email lists.

3. Third Party Content. To enhance your shopping experience, the CONNECT site may have links to other sites. Those Web sites will have their own policies on privacy that you may wish to review. CONNECT has no responsibility for these linked Web sites.

4. Membership and Account Access. In order to access many of the Services on the Site you must register with us as a CONNECT member.
i. Membership is available to persons who are at least 18 years of age. If you become a CONNECT registered buyer, you will set up a CONNECT account, with a corresponding user name and password. Your user name and password will permit you to access certain secure areas of the Site only available to CONNECT buyers.
ii. If you become a CONNECT buyer, you will provide true, accurate and complete registration information and shall maintain as current and promptly update relevant personal contact information provided to CONNECT. You will not use false identities or impersonate any other person or use a name that you are not authorized to use.

5. Your Obligations in Using the Site and Services. The Site and Services may only be used and accessed for lawful purposes. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treatises and regulations in connection with your use of the Site and Services.

6. Termination; Cancellation. You may terminate your Account with us or cancel your Membership at any time and for any reason by sending an email to accounts@chicshopsconnect.com. Upon any termination by a CONNECT buyer, their account information will be removed from the Site and will no longer be accessible. We may immediately terminate or suspend your Membership and Account and access to the Site and Services, in the event that you breach these Terms of Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we also reserve the right to terminate the Site, Services or your access thereto at any time and for any reason.

7. Disclaimer. Material in this Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. CONNECT shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage caused by or arising from any user's reliance on information obtained from or through this Site. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information and other content available through this Site. This Site and the information and materials contained in this Site are subject to change at any time, and from time to time, without prior or subsequent notice. CONNECT is not responsible for product anomalies or errors by product designers.
